Digital products
Because our $47 Grant Starter Guide and $127 Grant Bible are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
14-day satisfaction window
If, within 14 days of your purchase, you believe the product was not as described or you encountered a delivery issue we could not resolve, contact us at info@ashelegacybuilders.com with your order details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
What is not eligible
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with grant or funding outcomes — our products are educational, and grants are never guaranteed.
- Change of mind after the full resource has been downloaded and consumed.
Services & subscriptions
Recurring service plans (e.g. website hosting & management) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Already-paid periods are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@ashelegacybuilders.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
